Eon is a personal assistant app for Windows, made by a small independent team. This page explains what we collect on myeon.site and in the Eon app, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares with us. If you sign up with an email and password, the password is stored only as a secure hash by our sign-in provider; we never see it.
- Your early access code: which referral code you used and when.
- Basic technical records: our hosting and sign-in providers keep short-lived logs (such as IP address and time of a request) to keep the service secure and working.
What stays on your PC
Your chats, memories, reminders, notification history, settings and your Gemini API key stay on your computer. Eon does not upload them to us. When you use the assistant, your messages go directly from your PC to the AI service you chose (for example Google Gemini) under your own key and that service's terms.
Why we use it
Only to give you early access, let you sign in, and let you download Eon and its updates. We don't sell your data, show ads, or share it with anyone except the services that run Eon for us.
Services we use
Supabase (accounts and sign-in), Cloudflare (this website and its download service), GitHub (storing installers) and Google (Sign in with Google). They process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. Ask us and we delete your account and everything linked to it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: email myeon.support@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above.
